Twenty-five years after the events, Judith (35) finally dares to come out of her silence and file a complaint for the rape she suffered as a child. She discovers with bitterness that her trial will not take place. Her torturer is free, she is condemned to remorse. Thirsty for justice and in a moment of ultimate despair, she confronts the paedophile who has shattered her life and locked her in self-destructive suffering.

Babetida Sadjo

Babetida is a Guinean artist. Born in Guinea Bissau, she spent part of her teenage years in Vietnam before moving to Belgium. She graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Brussels and was nominated for the Best Female Hope Award at the Prix de la Critique. Her film career began in 2014 with Pieter Van Hees’ WASTE LAND, for which she was the first black woman to win an Ensor for Best Supporting Actress. As a writer and director, she created the one-woman show LES MURS MURMURENT in 2017 and the documentary BAFATA BLUES in 2007.
