Old songs with cheerful meanings and tattoos of a static nature symbolise the last generation of Bedouins belonging to this form of a simple life free of any manifestations of modern technology and the fast-paced. Two bold women are the heroes with their exciting stories that will challenge your thoughts about the restrictions of women at the time in the King Mariout region, one of the oldest Bedouin areas in the Arab world. The film narrates what remains of their stories and memories, the fuel for their present.

The Egyptian filmmaker graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo University, in 2010, and studied filmmaking at Cinedelta School in Alexandria and the Creative documentary workshop, supported by the Cairo International Women's Film Festival. She directed three short documentaries THE LAND OF GOLD, A WOMAN THAT LOOKS OUT THE WINDOW and A HAPPY JOURNEY which were screened at several international festivals, including Luxor African Film Festival and the French festival, Très Court. Her feature film FORGOTTEN DREAMS won the Best Documentary Film Award at the International Film Festival in Iran. She has directed documentaries for channels such as BBC and Al Jazeera Documentary.
