Arjun Talwar, an Indian immigrant in Warsaw, struggles to fit in after a decade. On √íWolf Street√ì (“Ulica Wilcza”), he begins filming his neighbors to understand his alienation. With the help of Mo, an immigrant-turned-filmmaker, Arjun uncovers the street’s colorful characters – a lonely postman, a Syrian exile, and a wandering brass band. He realizes they live between past and present, navigating their struggles with belonging. The street offers solace and connection, revealing a modern Europe full of contradictions and anxieties, which often perceived as homogenous, unwelcoming, and right-wing, is faced with a mirror held up by a foreigner filmmaker who creates a witty and personal portrait of his adopted country.
