A historical narrative that depicts the daily routines in a dormitory in the 1990s. The title and concept was inspired by a location primarily designated for males. Hostels are typically characterized as male-dominated spaces embodying traditional male ideologies. We selected this site to value the presence of man-made areas in various forms. In the era of apartheid, hostels were reserved for industrious and employed men. Utilizing the hostel in the film symbolizes respecting people and relates to the growth of a man, the surroundings, and the perspective that a young person goes through.
