As the legal officer under the regulatory Compliance and Enforcement Unit of the Film and Publication Board (FPB), Andrew Sebapu represents the FPBboard before the Enforcement Committee and the Appeals Tribunal. Mr Sebapu is part of the team that is responsible for the development of regulatory instruments of the Film and Publication Board such as the classification Guidelines, Tariffs and any other applicable regulatory instruments. He is also entrusted in ensuring compliance and enforcing compliance and Publications Act,1996 (Act No.65 of 1996), as amended, Films and Publications Regulations, 2022 and other applicable regulatory instruments.
