Andrew Sebapu is the acting manager: regulatory compliance and enforcement at the Film and Publication Board responsible for developing regulatory instruments, assisting compliance officers with investigation reports and representing the board before the enforcement committee. As the acting manager, he was instrumental in the drafting of the recently approved regulatory instruments of the FPB namely, Complaints handling procedures, Enforcement committee rules, Peer to Peer video sharing guidelines, Guidelines on what constitutes harm and Industry code on prevention of harmful content. His work involves advising on issues relating to compliance with the Films and Publications Act, conducting legal workshops and providing support to all business units regarding the mandate of the FPB.
