Nceba Mqolomba (founder of the Eastern Cape Film Festival/SAFTA winner) is passionate about developing talent. He has just finished a slate of 10 short films in the Eastern Cape. His dream is to establish a viable Eastern Cape film production economy and hosted a South African day at the 25th Zanzibar International Film Festival. He has worked on “The Last King of Scotland”, “Dr Lucille Teasdale”, “The Amazing Race”, “The Toasty Show”, “All You Need is Love”, and “Khumbul’ Ekhaya”.
