Raoul Rugamba is a businessman, based in Kigali, Rwanda. Raoul Rugamba businesses are focus on technology applied to education and in the cultural and creative industries. Raoul started his business journey in 2015, when he founded his creative and communication agency, the Hobe Agency. Prior to that, Raoul was a project manager at Positive Production, where he joined after he served at the National University of Rwanda for 6 years, between 2008 and 2014, and was workedfirst in the help desk, then underwent training by the Tulane University, and became an IT officer in charge of developing solutions for the University, through technology, for a better learning and teaching experience. In his journey as a businessman, he has supported universities and transformed their educational institutions, supported artists and creative entrepreneurs for their work in the cultural and creative industries for more than 10 years.
